the room was comfy and suitable for my family. all essential items were ready. it was a nice birthday celebration with a lovely complementary cake! i thought it was a nice touch.
I booked a hotel deal with breakfast though i was told upon arrival that they do not provide breakfast on sunday. it was a 'holiday'! i thought that was odd. I had paid for this apartment based on it including breakfast. i also messaged the hotel, but i got no response.

The suites offer spacious comfort. Standard amenities include a washing machine. A fully equipped kitchen also enhances convenience. The 13th floor ensured quiet rest. Staff members remained available and kind. They took care of all our needs with great care.
The upkeep of the furniture seems lacking. I observed a badly patched ceiling. Some doors show visible wear. The sofa was in poor condition.

A lounge area is in the lobby. It has a pool table. Fresh water and coffee are available for the guests. This space is a welcome addition to the hotel.

The suite included standard amenities. A washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen are available. In-room amenities feature WMF stainless steel pots. The plastic kettle was replaced with a stainless steel one within days.

the beautiful one-bedroom apartment had a washing machine, ironing board, and kitchen equipment. short walk got me to haji lane and arab street. i saw a 7/11 next door (very convenient!). checking in was fast. staff were courteous.
i noticed a garlic smell in the fridge.

the breakfast buffet had fresh fruits, cereals, and warm dishes (chef amir stood out!). the lounge atmosphere was serene and well-organized.

housekeeping was friendly and changed the down feather bedding immediately when asked. a blemished drawer got fixed right away too. they cleaned the rooms every day and even washed the dishes when we didn't.

I found the location great. A short walk led me to Bugis. The apartment was clean and well-sized. The front desk printed multiple documents I needed without any hesitation. The staff were consistently polite and friendly.
